9. Returns, Refunds, Claims and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, refunds, store credit, and claims relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or misdescribed items are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 days following delivery, subject to that policy's eligibility requirements.

A return must be sent to the Warehouse Address provided and confirmed by our customer service team.

Products returned without prior authorization, or sent to a different address, may not be accepted or processed.

For a standard return, you are responsible for arranging and paying for tracked shipping to the confirmed Warehouse Address.

Standard returns include reasons such as:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable for standard returns.

Approved standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. As explained in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, this may also apply to unopened, refused, unclaimed, or automatically returned parcels.

Claims involving an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described are handled differently.
